My name is Lena Haskins, a Sports Massage Therapist based in Bromley, South London. I trained at the London School of Sport & Remedial Massage with a Level 5 Professional Diploma.

I also hold a certificate in OMT Medical Accupuncture and Osteopathic Spinal Manipulation.

I am a member of the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage which is registered with CNHC -Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
